Getting Started
1. Create your vault
- Open app.blackvault.cash.
- Tap Get Started and sign in with Google or email — an embedded wallet is created for you instantly. No seed phrase to write down.
- Your wallet address appears under Receive. The same address works on any EVM network, but BlackVault operates on Robinhood Chain.
You always stay in control: the private key is exportable at any time from Settings → Export private key.
2. Fund it
Assets must live on Robinhood Chain. Two easy routes:
- Bridge — use bridge.arbitrum.io (the canonical route) or relay.link for small amounts. Send to your BlackVault address.
- Swap on-chain — Uniswap supports Robinhood Chain; swap ETH ↔ USDG there.
Keep a little ETH for network fees — fees on Robinhood Chain cost a fraction of a cent, but a wallet with zero ETH can’t move anything. The app warns you when gas is empty.
3. Lock it (recommended)
Settings → Biometric / Face ID → Enable. From then on the app asks for your face or fingerprint on every open, when entering the Private Vault, and before exporting your key.
4. Claim your name
Settings → Username → Get your name. Check availability, confirm, and
you.blackvaultwallet.eth is yours — people can now pay a name instead of an
address.
5. Go private
Switch to the Private Vault tab and enable your private balance — one
signature derives your stealth identity. Share your st:eth:… address to
receive privately; see Private Transfers.
